DISTRIBUTION OF PROFITS

• volunteer led community groups within a 7 mile radius of Kirkbymoorside can apply for money
• all requests for money need to be submitted using our cgd form  
• any request received will be put forward to the group’s volunteers.  The decision to award donations will be based on the consensus of the opinions of the active fruit project volunteers.  
• as a general principle no more than 25% of our total surplus for the year will be allocated to any one application
• A summary of how the profits have been allocated  will be published here and on the Home page
