We use the recipes below to make use of donated surplus fruit.  Click on your favourite, or one that matches your surplus fruit, and give it a try, they’re very yummy.

The cordials are available, along with other preserves, from our Christmas market stall in KMS.  Profits from the sales go to help local community groups.
